Our Story

Cousins Snooker & Pool Club didn’t start with glitz or flashy promises, it started with a belief that cue sports can bring people together. We’re a family-run club with over 20 years’ experience, rooted in North London, and we grew by sticking to values that many clubs have forgotten: respect, warmth, high standards, and community. 

How It Began

Our first club opened off Holloway Road. It wasn’t fancy, just good tables, a clean space, and a place where anyone who loves snooker or pool felt welcome. Over time, we built on that foundation: great facilities, friendly staff, and a place where people of all ages and backgrounds could unwind, compete, or just hang out. 

Growing and Expanding

Seeing the love and support from the Holloway community inspired us to open a second club in Edmonton. This branch reflects everything we set out to be, freshly maintained Riley full-size snooker tables, English and American pool, a fully licensed bar, snacks, live sports, and an atmosphere that’s lively yet welcoming. We also introduced things like draught beer, recent food options, and more social / competitive events.

We’re more than just tables and cues. We stand for:

  Everyone is welcome, whether you’re just starting out or you’ve been playing for years. We believe in fair play, in treating people well, and in building a club everyone can be proud of.

  From our Riley tables and professional-steel options to heated match rooms and Cue accessories (we stock Peradon), we maintain our facilities so members get the best experience every time.  

• Fun & Competition
  Whether it’s a friendly match over a drink or one of our monthly snooker / weekly pool competitions, there’s always something happening. We want people to push themselves, but also to laugh, socialize, and enjoy themselves.  

• Lifelong Membership & Belonging
  Our membership is a one-time fee for life. Once you’re in, you’re part of the Cousins family — with access to both Holloway and Edmonton. We believe in creating a place people return to, bring their friends, or even bring family.  

Today & Looking Forward

From humble beginnings, Cousins is now a landmark in our neighbourhoods, open from noon till late every day in Edmonton, and until early hours in Holloway. We’ve kept evolving: better services, more events, cleaner facilities, more welcoming spaces. But at the heart of it, we’re still the same: a spot for real people who love cue sports and want good times.
